Terry’s Health Journey
At his heaviest, Terry weighed 185.5kg and faced serious health challenges including depression, high blood pressure, sleep apnoea, and pre-diabetes. After losing weight and regaining it again, he knew something had to change for good.
In 2018, Terry joined the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet and committed to turning his life around. Over two years he lost 100kg by following a structured eating plan, building new habits, and shifting his mindset.
Since June 2020, Terry has successfully maintained his weight loss. He now shares his experience, strategies, and ongoing motivation through his mentoring sessions to help others achieve lasting results.
